We use a data processor – Campstead Ltd, Camp Manager – as our booking agent and booking software.  Campstead Ltd are responsible for processing personal data on behalf of Sandgreen Caravan Park.  Campstead Ltd do not have ownership of personal data or decide how or why the data is used; they merely act on behalf of Sandgreen Caravan Park.  All data and customer data is encrypted and transmitted securely.  Campstead Ltd may contact you after you make a booking with us inviting you to leave a review of our booking system.  

2. Selected Insurance Intermediaries - We work with carefully selected insurance intermediaries, who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, to provide you with information about relevant insurance services. If we intend to pass your details to them we will inform you beforehand and give you an opportunity to object. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information passed on we will respect your wishes.

Website cookies and how we use them

How long will we keep your personal information?

Where you have expressed an interest in our products or services or where we have collected your contact details for us to provide you with information about our services, we will keep your information for 3 years, or until you ask us to stop sending you such information. 

Where you have purchased a product or service from us, we will keep your personal information for so long as we are providing you with a service, plus for 5 years, to deal with any queries, complaints or legal claims you may have.

When you complete a form or provide us with your information on our website, you will see one or more tick boxes allowing you to opt-in to receive news, offers, marketing and information communications from us by email, telephone, text message and post.
